Villa Obzor Bay View 1 is located in
Byala town and offer perfect sea
view and Obzor Bay view. Byala town is a
popular holiday spot on Bulgarian Black
sea coast and has a great selection of
restaurants, cafes and bars, all of
which are extremely low-priced. Only 60
km south from the Bulgarian Sea capital
Varna and lying just 70 km north of the
town of Bourgas,
the
beach in Byala is one of the cleanest on
the Black Sea Coast. The combination of
sea and mountain climate, makes Byala a
great place for relax.
There are many beaches in the vicinity /
Kara Dere – 2 km; Irakli – 10 km/, some
of them still virgin and unknown for
most of the people. Obzor, known also
with its wonderful beach, shopping
center and a wide variety of restaurants
and clubs is only 5 km.
The northern beach in Byala is famous
for its fine white sand and beautiful
lagoons. The central beach is the most
preferable one because it appeals to
many tourists has many restaurants,
water-slides and other attractions. On
the beach there are sun beds and
umbrellas which you can use for 3 euro
per person.

and umbrellas around the pool.
The first floor of the villa is
occupied from a vast open plan living
room with equipped kitchen area – oven,
hot plates, dishwasher, washing machine;
microwave, coffee machine, toaster and
all needed cutlery for cooking and
eating, large fridge-freezer; dinning
area with table and chairs; sitting area
with comfortable sofas, coffee table,
TV, wifi internet; There is also a
billiards table which should keep
everyone entertained; bathroom with
shower, sink and toilet; 1 big
air-conditioner is servicing the whole
floor.
On the second floor are located the
four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - equipped with two single
beds,
wardrobe, night tables, chest of drawer
and a mirror; a bedroom 1 leading to
nice balcony with amazing sea view; The
bathroom 1 with shower, toilet and sink
is opposite to bedroom 1;
Bedroom 2 – equipped with double bed,
wardrobe, night tables, chest of drawer
and a mirror, balcony with perfect sea
view; en-suit bathroom with shower, sink
and toilet;
Bedroom 3 – equipped with two single
beds, night tables, chest of drawer and
a miror; balcony with sea view and view
to the swimming pool and garden;
Bedroom 4 - equipped with double bed,
wardrobe; night tables, chest of drawer
and a mirror, balcony with street view;
On the second floor there is one more
bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
Outside the villa offers a nice green
garden; private swimming pool with
sun-beds; tables and chairs for outside
drinks; BBQ area with table and chairs
for dinner partiеs next to the pool;
